Today was the 5th time I had Fish Amok in a different restaurant and is was actually the best of them. This Cambodian dish has become "the dish" during my trip. It is made with white fish cooked with spicies and coconut milk served in a cocoon made of banana leaf or an actual coconut shelf. It is a little bit spicy but eating it with rice will make it milder and, hence, more enjoyable.
In today's prayer, I am thankful for food and nourishment; I give thanks for health, stomach health in particular; I thank the people who dedicated hours of prep work for our team to eat and pray for them with gratitude.
